SITE DIRECTORS & ASSISTANT SITE DIRECTORS
Directors are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Day Camp Site, including the supervision of all camp personnel and campers. Director Candidates, along with meeting the criteria listed above, must have a college degree, experience in leadership and risk management. Directors will be accountable for following Club SciKidz’ guidelines for operation, security, and management of inventory, as well as respecting and protecting the Club SciKidz Brand. Directors will report directly to the owners of the Club SciKidz Franchisee/Owner.
Assistant camp directors work closely with the Camp Site Director in delivering the mission of the Club SciKidz camp experience. Assistant camp directors will mentor and support the staff and program elements of the camp.
Assistant Directors oversee all aspects of the camp location’s extended day programs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with lunch, organizing recess activities, executing the outdoor component, and monitoring pre and post-camp programs.
Salary range: $720-$800/wk

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, and ART SESSION SUMMER COUNSELORS
Instructors are responsible for delivering our Science and Technology summer camp curriculum for campers in grades PK-8th.
This position requires remarkable individuals that will demonstrate above all their passion for children and teaching.
If you are a seasoned educator with the desire to learn a new curriculum, we will provide the training and methods to develop expertise in the new subject matter. These individuals will have a great work ethic by demonstrating dependability, punctuality, and dedication to the Club SciKidz Brand. We are also looking for seasoned "Experts in Their Fields". These individuals have extensive real-world experience in our core offerings.
The ideal candidates will possess a college education and have experience and a love for working with children. All candidates must provide references, have a background check, and complete a two-day in-person training program. There is also a video training program that must be completed prior to the in-person training.
Salary: $520-$600/wk

SUMMER CO-COUNSELORS
These individuals are typically high school students that are at least 16 years of age by the time the camp season begins. They are enthusiastic individuals that love working with children and assist with lessons, passing out supplies, helping with dismissal, assisting campers in games and outdoor activities, and in general just helping the camp to run like a well-oiled machine! Internships are paid and look great on any college application.
Salary: $480/week

SUBSTITUTE STAFF
You want to join the Club SciKidz staff but are not available for the entire summer?
Our substitute staff members provide support to multiple camps in a given geographical area. They fill in for absences lasting a day, a week, and sometimes longer, and are scheduled to work only when regular staff members are absent.
Salary Range: $13/hr
